What is an IVA?

An 'Individual Voluntary Arrangement' may be the best solution if you have unsecured debts in excess of £15,000 with three or more creditors and a reasonable amount of disposable income per month. A fully licenced Insolvency Practitioner will negotiate with your creditors to write off all your debts within a 5 year period. This will often result in you only paying 30% of your original debt.
